Very good work

A timer or notice clock of the speed of fire would be a cool addition. Also some peg clothes or something, so that the characters ad some atmosphere to the levels. Great work though.

The characters are probably going to be nearly 100% redrawn, or they'll be somewhat like madness interactive where they all have diff outfits.
as for the speed of fire, most the time you can't even twitch your eye up the slightest bit without losing to check the time, so I think everyone'll live.
I might consider something like a bar that fills up until they fire for a n00b practice mode or something seeing that you think it's a good idea.

You could have it so that if someone selects to play the music that it stays on and does reset itself each time..that gets annoying..ya some collision issues..the range is too sensitive, also...you should have more than one hit point to really..and have like a serious gauge for that too..
